San Diego’s 99-year-old Belmont Park Is About To Be Taken Over By Almost Naked’s SantaCon Festival On December 16, 2023.

On December 16th, Belmont Park, which has been around for 99 years, will host a special event for the first time ever, the second annual SantaCon Festival. This festival, organized by the local company Almost Nakey, will transform the beachfront boardwalk into a festive North Pole from 1 PM to 10 PM. The event will feature several music stages, Christmas-themed bars, and fun interactive experiences.

This week, Almost Nakey announced some exciting new artists who will join the lineup, which includes popular names like Chromeo, DJ Susan, Cherub, RaeCola, and Patricio. A total of eleven new electronic music acts have been added to the festival, making it a must-attend event this winter. One of the highlights is Austin Millz, known for bringing a lively energy to the stage, who will be performing alongside other talented DJs, including TCHiLT, MNTRA, and NOZU.

The festival will showcase two main stages. The first, called Santa’s House, will be located at the Beach House venue and will feature large screens, performers, and fun winter-themed effects, including snow. Well-known acts like Chromeo and Cherub will perform here, along with LittleFoot and Patricio, who have performed at major festivals around the world. The second stage, named Santa’s Twerkshop, will feature acts such as local favorite DJ Susan and the duo Rae Cola.

One more headliner is to be announced on November 28th, and this stage will take place near the famous Giant Dipper rollercoaster within the amusement park. In addition to these stages, there will be a Silent Disco and a fun area themed as Candy Cane Lane. Alongside great music, SantaCon offers ticket holders access to all the rides and attractions in the amusement park, including a rollercoaster, mini golf, bumper cars, and more.

There will be plenty of festive food and drink options available throughout the venue. Attendees can also enjoy interactive displays, including giant inflatable Santas and Grinches, life-sized snow globes, and the opportunity to take pictures with Santa. Plus, anyone dressed in a Santa costume can enter a contest for a chance to win fun prizes and be recognized by Mrs. Claus at the end of the night. It promises to be a fun-filled day for everyone.
